Please kindly refrain from booking an appointment if the following applies:
- Those who have fever (99.5 °F or higher), cough, or suspected COVID-19.
- Those who have been in contact with or suspected of being infected with the coronavirus in the last 30 days.
- Also, please refrain from entering the Center if you fall under any of the above.
In addition, we ask all patients to do the following:
- Wear a mask during the procedure and when entering and exiting (please be sure to bring one with you)
- Disinfection of hands.
